going to buy a boat.... used so it is cheaper....

want to be able to go crabbing.... fishing.... and out in the ocean on a calm day....

I should have known better..... especially from these forums.....

okay.. it is given..... that it needs to float..... and the engine needs to run....

If you were going out on a lake I could help you out, but it's a whole 'nother story with saltwater. Do you know what length of a boat your looking for? Using it strictly for fishing or a little skiing/wakeboarding every now and again?

ahhh, boats, relaxing, mmm...

reading a book, falling asleep from the sound of the ocean, smelling the smell of the ocean while being under the sun getting a tan, having a nice sweet dream... ~dreaming~🙂

While you may think you're looking for a boat you are actually seeking a hole in the water into which you can piss money. You can achieve greater efficiency by using dollars for toilet paper.

^agreed^

My bud recently boat a used bass boat and it has given him nothing but trouble. Now, he wishes he had bought a new one instead.

Having said that, a boat is a great idea - getting out on the water is such great way to relieve stress.
