What to get for moms 40th Birthday?

It's my moms 40th B-Day on Wednesday and besides the usual roses and a card, I couldn't think of what to get. I was thinking maybe a gift card to the most expensive steak house in town?(It's pretty expensive, I live in Naperville, IL) I don't wanna do money because that's just saying w/e idc about you just take this money. I honestly don't know. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated...

If you have brothers or sisters, why dont you all get together and take her out. If not, then go out with your parents to dinner.
