That always bothers me. People who say "eat healthy" often are eating the least healthy item on the menu. The tuna is the most fatty sandwhich that Subway offers. Next thing you'll hear is someone saying to buy the salad and then put their ranch dressing on it. That salad would then have more fat than any 6" sub and more calories than many 12" subs (speaking of the sub only, additions such as mayo on the sub will change this). It is sad that the "healthy" items on many restaurant menus usually are the ones with the most fat.Originally posted by: xboxist
