What to do with old games

What do you people do with your old games? I mean old like 1997 old, do people still buy them or do you just throw them out(can't get my self to do it😱). I have about 60 old games packed away any ideas??

I give them to family members & friends who either have youg children or older computers that cannot run more modern software 🙂

Ebay them as one big lot of classic games. Somebody will buy it.

Yah, ebayer's will buy anything. All you have to do is gloss it up with some words like "VINTAGE" or "DISCONTINUED! A COLLECTER MUST HAVE!!"

Don't throw them out! People are always looking for old games to play again, especially out-of-print ones.

I hang on to mine since I occaisionally get the urge to kill some Super Mutants in Fallout or lead some mercs in Jagged Alliance. I'm also planning to play through Planescape: Torment again someday since it's so free-form in how you go through it. Now all I need is a month vacation from work 🙂

PC games? Console games?

Why don't you send me a list and I will let you know if I am interested in any of them. 😀

Be careful with what you have. You need to know what you are selling before you screw yourself. I sell mine individually. SWAT 3 went for $3, Blackthorne for $2, Privateer $78. There are some in demand games from the past.

Just browse Ebay and see if anything you have may command a premium price. Or hang on to them and give them to your grandchildren, they'll worth a fortune by then 😀

Are you serious Privateer went for $78 :Q. I still have that on floppys along with Wing commander and the first Nascar from Papyrus the first 2 X-Coms all kinds. I never even finished most of them. 🙂

Errr Privateer 2, woops. And yeah nearly $80. What's even crazier is the guy wanted it shipped to Hong Kong overnight, an extra $40. Was a present for his brother or something. The going prices were around that at the time as well, had no idea until I did some looking.

I should really start selling my collection of computer games as well. I used to beta test games for an online gaming service, so I have HUGE collection of games from 1996 to 1999. Some of these titles are early betas on CD-R's with the company logo, which might be worth something to die-hard collectors.
