Basically you didnt find a computer, you found a pentium II and a mobo lol :p

Well your subtitle leaves me with very few ideas....

You could sell it, maybe ebay it.
Use it as a windows 98/me box.
Paint it red.
You could also give it away.

Install Windows 98 Second Edition plus a monster FAT32-partitioned hard drive for installing and running all the old games and software that just don't run on XP anymore. Plug it into a KVM switch and enjoy.

As others have said, see if any local charity / salvation army type place might want it.

You didn't mention burning it... ;) Selling it will not give you half as fun as watching (and smelling!) it turn into a molten pile of ancient computer goodness...

It may be used as a personal server... NOT!

Dude, I threw away a computer with similar specs a few years ago... get rid of it pronto! Though you should take others advice and see if anyone actually could use/needs it around you as throwing away a functional machine can be considered a waste.

I vote for this too. Throw all your old DOS games on there like Doom and Quake and get one of those Windows multiplayer clients. I was trying to run Doom2 last week on my XP box only to find out it wouldn't run :-(. They make a dos emulator for XP but it sucks and I don't think there's a way to do multiplayer using that either.

Make it as bad a$$ as possible. Jack up the Memory in it and hook it up on your network , and use it to download porn nonstop.

can always put a large HDD in there, make the PC as silent as possible, stuff it in some corner attached to your network and use it as a NAS?

using it as a firewall might be handy too.. i friggin HATE it when norton updates during my games. makes FPS drop like a mofo.

else just build a giant, and i do mean GIANT catapult and see how far it'll go. then see if you can chuck the neighbours car ontop of it.

Take out all the components and put them in your dishwasher... since it was found near the dumpster, I'm sure it needs a proper cleaning. After it is nice and dried, rebuild and reboot.

I always heard you could put computer components through the dishwasher... let's see if the rumor is true (and if it's not, no biggie).

Take it to futureshop and say you want them to get rid of the spyware and when you go pick up flip out on them and say what happened and demand them to give you a new computer.
