I gotta figure out a way to get this line run to my house actually. That way I can hook it up to 3 cams in my house! One of me on the comp for 6-8hrs a day and the other 2 for the short washroom and kitchen breaks I take so I can continue to function normally sitting at my computer

Actually, the downtime on Anandtech is *not* due to the internet pipe its connected to (an OC48 thats about 25% used in total), but actually due to overloaded servers according to the company that hosts Anandtech.

I on the otherhand could definetly use an OC3...
