What to do with my room :(

Well we moved to a new house a few months ago, and while its much nicer, my room is much smaller. Its like 10x12 or 12x14, and I have a big computer desk, dresser w/bird cage on top, bowflex, entertainment center w/27" VVega + 100 or so DVDs and VHS, full size bed, and two BOSE floor speakers.

I have no where to put my clothes really. They're just stuffed in boxes that have been in here since I moved. There is clutter all over the place. Especially magazines, CDs, ext.

This sucks! I feel like a pig. Nothing is organized like it was in the old place. I haven't used my bowflex in months, because I have to squish my bed to the side of the room, next to my computer desk every time I use it. That got old.

Cool on the move! Is there a way to put the Bowflex in another room of the house? Maybe for others to use as well? I think that alone would solve your problems.

yea you should specify if you only have your own room to work with.... that's the case for me since i'm living with other people on campus.

I had the Bowflex in another room a while ago, but now that the house is fully furnished there is no where to put it.

Id like to move out of my parents home, but right now most of my money is spent on my car (by choice), and it would be really hard and expensive to find an apartment with a garage that can accommodate my needs. While that is the plan, it's not going to happen for atleast a year.

I work on my car all the time(classic restomod).

Here are some outrageous suggestions:

Using some cables and a few pulleys, attach the side of your bed to the wall so that you can let it down when you sleep, and pull it back up when you aren't sleeping. Think of it like a drawbridge to a castle. Make it so that the height of the bed (when down) is above the height on the bench of the bowflex. Now, you can stack your bed and bowflex in the same space. If you're feeling ambitious, you can knock a hole in the wall that fits your bed perfectly. You can even put nekkid pictures of women underneath the bed, so they can be viewed while working out.

A big desk can be difficult to deal with, but the problem is easily solved when you create a bunkbed solution. Create a bunkbed top layer structure above the area over your desk. Put your dresser as well as dvd's up there. Be sure to make it sturdy, or else it might all come tumbling down on your head. Build a tiny wooden ladder that can be put away, or stand on a chair to get to your dresser/dvd's. Or, you can put your Wega up there. Build shelfs that are near the ceiling and put your floor speakers there (sideways).

Vertical space is the answer! If you do the above, I'm sure you'll have ample room.

I'm just joking... kinda.
