what to do with my old tires?

I just had my front tires changed (not firestones) and the guys put them in the trunk. I didn't know until popped the trunk open! What do I do with them, I have no place to store them. Can I throw them away?

Raging is right, take them back to where you bought the new ones and have them dispose of them. The trash collectors won't take them. They need to be disposed of properly.

They usually charge a disosal fee for the carcass.

Some gas stations will put them next to the oil deposit bins for removal, you might try that.
