What to do with leftover salmon?

I have leftover grilled salmon from last night and want to do something interesting with it. Got any recipes or ideas?

update: forgot to say I'm looking for something for dinner with the salmon.

warm and eat?

my mom makes this salmon chowder (sp?) with her left overs... it's pretty nasty though, imo anyway

eat it raw

Day old sushi. I'll take the whole tray.

Alfredo and salmon is damn good. You can also coat it with some mayo, black pepper, and lemon juice, wrap it in foil, and throw it in the oven for 30 min.

Could probably mix with Mayo and eat like a tuna salad. I'm pretty sure they sell it canned that way, maybe it's raw though I dunno.

The sesame oil and soy sauce sounds good though, what else would you put in that one?

(We usually don't have leftover though, I buy the frozen stuff from sams/costcos. It's vacuum sealed and individually packed portions. Of those, we make one salmon steak and split it btwn wife and I. With that, some potatos or rice, and salad, it's a good dinner).

hell no.

alfredo and salmon? yuck.

actually i'll bet its damn good

well, each alone tastes good, but not good together. ice cream is good, meat is good, but let's hope we don't ever see filet mignon as a topping on rocky road.

salmon has a nice distinctive taste. alfredo is too thick and strong - it will detract from the salmon.

don't do it.

i'd try grilled salmon on top of fetuccini alfredo, but theres no way in hell i'd try meat ice cream.

canned is cooked, as is the stuff dude8604 has

heh, I think there is a bluegrass/rock band called 'leftover salmon' or something similair. I have a friend who is into that stuff and was whining because no major chains had their CD. heheh.
