What to do with Gainward bios update exe?

I'm trying to update the bios of my Gainward Ti4600. I downloaded the executable from the Gainward site and tried running it in WinXP and a 'DOS' window appears for a split second, dissappears, and nothing happens. I try using a boot disk and then running it and it says there isn't enough memory. Anyone know?

edit: nevermind, I d/led from a diff location and it's a self extract zipped file.
