What to do with Chicken Breast

I have two frozen breasts of chicken, and I want to actually cook something tonight.

I am not too much of a chef, but figured someone might have some simple ideas on what to do with them, how to season them, etc.

BTW I dont want any pasta based dishes....

Let the posts begin!

If you have marinara and cheese... go for chicken parmigiana (or however the F you spell that). Grill the chicken... cover it with your favorite sauce; top with provolone and parmesan cheese. Serve with garlic bread!

Chicken Curry Tomato Noodles

Chop up chicken breasts into chunks. Lay a package of top ramen noodles in a wok or fry pan. Place the chicken on top. Now cut up some tomatoes and lay those chopped pieces on top. Now douse heavily with your best curry powder. Place on the stove and get the pan somewhat hot. Now toss on 1 and a half cup water. Steam should be coming out everywhere. Cover with foil for a few minutes and then uncover when chicken, noodles, and all have cooked. Maybe 5 minutes?

I used to watch a chef make this at a Chinese restaurant. I started making it at home.

Korean Style Stir Fry

Chop up chicken breasts into chunks. Stir fry in wok or fry pan with the following:some sesame seeds, some soy sauce, brown sugar, chopped green onions, some garlic. Fry it up!

When I grill the breast, should I add any seasoning? Im gonna go with the chick parm that pinkbunnyhead recommended..

Obvoisuly, i have never done this before

Stir Fry Chicken

Chop up chicken breasts into chunks. Stir fry in wok or fry pan with the following: Chopped green peppers, chopped onions, peanuts or cashews, chopped tomatoes, garlic, soy sauce and brown sugar. Stir Fry it! Note the peanuts or cashews should be added to the mix last.

Sprinkle on some Emerill's Essence, slap them on the George Foreman. When done put them between a Kaiser Roll with some Bleu Cheese dressing. Maybe add a little lettuce and tomato. YUMMY!! 😀

Sun Dried Tomato Chicken

Place pine nuts, garlic, olive oil, and sun dried tomatoes in a food processor. Process away. Then place the mixture on top of breast fillets and barbaque. I guess you could also do this in an oven.

More things have been done to and with Chicken Breast than have been done to Paris Hilton . . . and with better results! 😛

This recipe is for whole chickens and probably my favorite. Roast a chicken in the oven with potato wedges, carrots, and onion wedges. Use a turkey baster to baste. This taste good with the potatoes and veggies. It's always so moist unlike turkey.
