Really easy smoothie: milk (2 cups), bag full of frozen berries (I prefer strawberries or raspberries, but marionberries work well too), and a couple clumps of brown sugar. So good!
speaking of berries.. has anyone tried the delicious Lingonberries from Ikea? i wonder what a shake would be like (do they serve them there? if so i dont know how i may have missed it)
