What to do with a bag of flour?

I've got serveral pounds of flour lying in the kitchen, and I decided to make something out of them. I looked up a crepe recipe online and been enjoying crepes (with chocolate syrup) for the past week.
What else can I do with this flour? I am open to suggestions

home-made noodles? i thinks it's 2:1 cups flour:eggs and enough milk to make it doughy but not sticky. add flour as necessary to keep it from sticking when you roll it out. when you boil them don't stir until they start to firm, or they'll break up. simple and great in a chicken soup.
edit: boil in chicken stock and even add a little yellow food coloring if you like.

I tell you what you shouldn't do with it. Don't put it in baggies and throw it out of the back of your truck in a nice neighborhood. My idiot friends did this in high school (Oct. 31 2001) and got arrested (for like an hour until their parents could come get them, no charges were filed lucky for them) Thankfully I was out of town and wasn't part of this heh.
