Step 1
Launch ‘Settings’ app on your iPhone.
Step 2
Scroll ‘Down’ and Open ‘Touch ID’ & ‘Passcode’
Scroll down to the bottom and click on the ‘Touch ID’ & ‘Passcode’ option.
Step 3
Enter the ‘Face ID’ or ‘Passcode’ for Authentication.
Step 4
Turn the ‘Toggle Switch Off’ for USB Accessories under Allow Access When Locked
Now try charging your device when it is unlocked to find out if this worked. These settings change activated the port even if your device is inactive. If this trick does not solve the issue, you need to visit your nearest Apple service centre or contact customer care for further support.
