What to do in Charlotte, NC?

In November I will be here for 3 days for training.
What kind of fun is there in Charlotte? Good places to eat?
Thanks!!

There are plenty of GOOD places to eat on Woodlawn Ave. just south of downtown. There are tons of shops, etc. just off the loop towards Rock Hill.

Will you be flying in or driving?

I77 South to Woodlawn Ave. exit for food (head east). You'll see the Steak-n-Ale house on the left (if it's still there), great food and plenty of suds. Other than that, the town pretty much DIES after 5pm unless you wanna hang at the mall, go clubbing or something.

Visit NFS4, doesn't he live in NC?
Yeah, but NFS4 lives about 2½ hours away from Charlotte. There is a decent theme park around Charlotte, however...

If you think it is a "decent" place, I guess you've never been to Cedar Point.
