What to do about suspended Exchangepath accounts??

hi, i like many others have gotten their exchangepath account suspeded for no reason, and i had over $200 in there, some others much more and we still havent gotten our accounts unsuspended, and they are closed and they gave us deadline till February 5 to withdraw all our money. HOW WHEN I CANT GET INTO MY ACCOUNT TO DO SO?!?!?! damn exchangepath, is there anything i can do to get my money back?? their email they dont respond to, and i can only leave messages under their customer service line at 1-877-890-4885 cause they dont pick up. i need this money to pay bills and i cant get it thanks to damn EP. help, what can i do??

somebody please help, if i cant get my money, is there any legal action i can take?? can i contact their parent company and complain since their customer service is non existent??

I'm sure they've filed bankrupcy...but who knows. keep trying to call 'em I guess
