that's a by-law violation here. He would end up with a hefty fine here.

on another note: I used to enjoy setting off some guy's alarm on his piece of junk 70's corvette. My car's exhaust had just the right tone to set it off. He would then go down to see what happened. LOL. He left a note on his windshield saying he would kick the crap out of the person setting off his alarm. I did that for a year.

It's the only way.

You let this shit go on for a month???

I was hoping that a neighbor would take care of it but I guess no one wants to bother. I called the office and they said that they were going to send someone to talk to the owner of the car. I really hope it gets fixed soon but more than likely he isn't going to fix it by Monday.

If it is still happening come Monday, should i take any actions or give it a week?

OP, I wonder what you will do when you have a REAL problem? You seem to know a lot less than you first insinuated at the beginning of this thread.

Step 1: Complain to landlord/management company. Tell them if they cannot fix the situation you will walk at the end of the lease ... because they obviously do not care about their tenants.

Step 2: If step 1 does not work ... call the police. That's why they get paid the big bucks.

Br a man, stop complaining and do something about it!

It's up to you to decide how much more he can annoy everyone within earshot vs. him taking the 2 minutes it might require to disable the alarm.
