Hey guys I just realized my studio building I rent has a antenna on the roof that they used to use for a wireless Internet provider circa 2004 2005ish
It is connected via a giant coax cable into a lightning protector and then into a "Alvarion breezeaccess" unit. When I power that unit up it shows wireless link and strong signal strength. Upon plugging and Ethernet cable into it I can't get a connection it probably needs drivers or something
Anyways if I scrap that unit what's the best router or whatever to get to hook this antenna upto so I can pick up some free community wifi access at my place?
