Ram is dirt cheap, fill her up!

Everything else looks alright. Save your money for a few months and then a Tbird combo will be really cheap.

Get another 128 MB of RAM. It's so cheap right now and your RAM-hungry 3D games will see a benefit from it.

around $100 at the most

only problem is that i would really like to get the cheap mosel on FS/FT, but my cpu likes to have ECC on while running @ 133 and I would have to buy more expensive PC133 ECC ram...

Unless you are running Win2k (which you've conveniently left out of your sig) then you will not notice a large increase in the performance of your PC, simply by doubling your RAM. My personal recommendation would be to upgrade your soundcard. Either the Philips or Santa Cruz will serve you well for quite some time to come. The cool thing about the SC is that is has mp3 decoding onboard, and the AE is cool because ... well because it's damn good at wavetable decoding. =) Anyhow, buy what you think is best but you can ALWAYS notice a good audio upgrade. =)
