What to buy?

I have a P3600@800 and i'm thinking to upgrade to a P3700. The problem is that i could not find a 700 P3 where i live. They only sell P3 733 and greater, but since i want it for oc i decide to buy a 750. So do you think this cpu is better or not compared with a P3700 (I mean when i want to overclock)??
