What time will Windows 10 be available tomorrow

No one knows for sure. Those in the Insider Preview program get it first followed by everyone else getting it in staggered release waves. Might take a few more days to get it.

That is quiet interesting but I don't think people will know what time it is available. What would matter is if its already available or not.

Windows 10 is already ready.

Try look in your $Windows.~BT folder on the root of the C drive. You can just run setup.exe from there.

It hasn't showed up yet for me, but I just reserved a couple of days ago so I expect that it will be well after the 29th before I see anything.

May be location controlled instead.

Because it got nothing to do when you reserve. I even tried reserving one today on another PC and the download started a minute later.

Nothing on my machine yet. Reserved when it was first an option. Although it is finally reporting my main machine as compatible instead of complaining about the 980 Ti.

If you want to create an ISO file for install. Use ESDtoISO:

Remember to download the ESOtoISO file with the higher version support.

I have the files but missing 'boot.wim' and from what I"ve read, that won't be included until Wednesday??

Just updating. I had Windows Update check for updates, let it install what it found, the rebooted. I watched a 20 minute TV show and rechecked and I know have the install files (3.5GB). I'll let it do its thing tomorrow. No rush.

Edit: Now 5.58GB. Pretty big download.

Mine stopped downloading at 5.98GB. Have 7 Professional.

Edit: Need to fire up the laptop with 8.1 Home.

interesting that the sources for installation are smart enough to pull only drivers applicable to the particular PC. IS this going to make proper ISO that has general drivers?

My updates keep failing. I've tried three times to download the damn thing, and I keep getting the same errors, most notably error code 80240020 D:

I swear I may as well just download the ISO at this point, as I always hated the update process.

I don't have any microsoft accounts. Do I need to actually create one to preserve my Windows license ?!?!?!

The upgrade is ready on all our computers, but I'm not sure I want to go ahead with it not knowing all the details on clean install and license preservation.

I keep on running into this as well. I quash one error, and I get another.

I had 80240020 as well, and I think I fixed it by switching Windows Update from automatic download/install to automatic download, but ask me when to install.

None of it really helped though... as I said, I just get a new error as soon as I get rid of the last one.
