What time does Nexus9's stats update?

I would like to set my SetiQ to connect in a timely manner so that I get as many WU's in before Nexus9 updates his stats. When is that and what time zone?
 
Last I heard, it was 12:45 PM EDT. So I have my Q flush between 11 and 12, and it seems to update by 1 AM.
