I generally wake up at 5am, even on weekends. Sometimes on weekends I am wide awake at 4:30am.

Several years ago I started waking up at 5am so I could go to the gym before my then GF would wake up, so it wouldn't impact our together time. Then there was waking up for the 5am baby feedings, and now it's just programmed in.

Before that I still woke up by 7 most days ...

weekend and holidays: 10:30

I set the alarm clock to 6:45 am on weekdays because I have to.

On weekends, I usually set the alarm clock to 9am. If I don't set the alarm clock, I wake up at around 2 or 3 pm.

is the EST necessary? :awe:

I would assume everyone is giving the time in their local time zone.

once upon a time I survived on 4 hr sleep for a period of ten years. Can't do that anymore, I am on 6 now.

Yeah uh, random arse times.

During the week I usually wake up at 5AM, but sometimes I'll wake up at 3-4AM because I work nights and it throws me off when I go back to a regular schedule during the week.

I woke up at 9:30AM yesterday, was at work by 11AM, got off at 3AM this morning, and I'm headed in for another 16 hours right now (7:25 AM), but I'm running a little late and I'm just waiting for my bus.

usually about 4. This morning I woke up at 3:20, huge day ahead and could not turn the brain back off.
