5:15ish, the office has contractual coverage starting at 6 so I cannot be a minute late LOL. The only benefit is not having to deal with traffic. Scraping windshields and getting dressed in the dark (the lady gets pissed if I turn lights on) is no fun.

^^ You are a PANZY !! ^^

Days I work, 430am. Days I am off, lucky if I make it to 830am.

Working on night shift next year so that will throw everything out of whack again.

About 9AM +/- 1hr. Only have to use an alarm for certain occasions. Work doesn't start until the afternoon.

Way too early - totally involuntarily.
Whatever time I hit the bed, I wake up after a few (~ 4) hours of sleep, or around 6 am, whichever gives me less sleep. This morning I woke at 3.30am, and was staring at the ceiling.

My problem is that as soon as my sleep breaks, I go fully alert, thinking of things to do and all. Then more sleep is just a dream.

I don't know how to fix this - and I don't want to take sleeping pills, but the way things are going, I might have to. I am way to tired thru the day.

I envy the rest of the family - they could sleep till mid-day if let alone. And I am the only one to work from home! What a waste!

3:30a for more years than I can remember. Weekdays, weekends, doesn't matter. About twice a year the alarm has to wake me up at 3:45a.

Whenever the fuck I choose to do so...this morning...10 am

I also get up when I please-except it's usually any time between 3am and 6am unless I'm sick. The only time I use an alarm is when I have an early appointment or flight. The hours before dawn are the best times to get things done-for mental or office work I can get more done in an hour then than a usual full workday. I never tire of watching the sun come up.

I never understood the slugs that insist on sleeping away half the day-I'll sleep when I'm dead.

i've got the same mentality and sleeping pills don't help, you still wake up, you just feel physically groggy but the mental alertness is still there. it's actually worse, one time i thought i was going to have a heart attack.

On weekdays, 6:15am. 5min snoozes until 6:35am. Weekends whenever, but if it is past 10 I feel as if a day is wasted.

Used to be 4:50 a.m. about 1.5 years ago, but I've changed jobs twice since then. First it was 5:50 am and finally now I get up around 8 a.m. Meanwhile I cut my commute from 90 km to 62 km and finally to 6 km. It's pretty awesome and I wish I had done it sooner.

Alarm goes off at 7:45 am (I have another one that's set for 8:10 am as well, cause I've been known to unwittingly turn off my alarm and wake up a couple hours later) but I usually don't get up until 8:15 or even a bit later. I'm trying hard to change this, cause I'm basically wasting 1/2 hour of sleep, but it's so nice to snooze. I think if I get more sleep it'll be a little easier to get up in the morning; 4.5 - 5 hours of sleep ain't enough for me.

Just curious... Do you exercise regularly? As in actually putting in sweaty ass laborious exercise? I had the same problem, wake up 3-5 hours after falling asleep and be awake thinking about my day or the worst was going to bed and laying there for 2 hours until my mind finally shut off.

Now I work out hard 1.5-2 hours every morning and when I go to bed at night I'm out within 10 minutes and unless I have to piss I don't wake up until my alarm goes off.
