What time do we set our clocks/watches to today??

It's Daylght Savings time..and I wanted to know wat time we should set our clocks to? 1 hour back?? and when is the daylight savings time in effect?? The reason I ask is because I wanna set the VCR to tape a show that usually comes at 3AM

I believe the official time change is 2AM.

i am so happy the time change is not on a school day. i would have to wake up earlier on a school day, which would suck. haha. gotta love the weekend
