hmm, this is a good question because I moved like half an hour away from my permanent residence (granny's house) to a small apartment near my job to save on gas but I didn't bother to change my voter registration info.. Guess I'll go after work. Not lookin forward to that drive.
I got spoiled from my first elections because the polling place was literally next door. My first 3 or 4 votes were, in fact, cast in my pajamas.
Mine is a 20 second bike ride. I'm an early bird and will probably hit the polls at opening time, 7:00 AM. I'll be surprised if I have to wait more than 20 seconds.
On my way home from school; around 4:30pm. There won't be a line. Hopefully, they haven't replaced the voting machines around here yet. I've gotta get a picture of my voting booth - held together with baling twine. (Really - actual baling twine - they used it to help hold the curtain thing up.)
I think this time I'll take the morning off and go a bit later to avoid the pre-work rush. In 2004 I ended up waiting for about an hour in the pre-dawn cold and there are a whole bunch more people in the neighborhood now than there were then thanks to frickin housing boom.
