Several people in New Jersey claimed they saw a person falling from the sky with no parachute, but an extensive police search has turned up no evidence, NBC Philadelphia reported.

This is likely the case. Although, is it possible that the guy deployed the parachute at a really low altitude where the witnesses did not see it open?

A lot of illegals are now traveling in the planes landing gear wells. When they open up to land they come down and sometimes in blocks of ice. Though this is the first time I think they were smart enough to bring a parachute.
