What the longest you've ever waited in line?

I am thinking about 11 hours wihle I was at the INS w/ my parents. (helping them)

My line > your line. Talk about having insane amounts of patience. I was in my early teens at the time.

7hrs in rain & thunderstorm for UCONN basketball tickets year after both teams won the championship. dumbest thing to do ever.

1 hour and 45 minutes at drivethru at mcdonalds. heh Was stuck with cars behind me and in front of me. They didn't make my order. Told me to pull ahead. Waited 45 minutes.. went inside and they still forgot to make my order. I had ordered breakfast and now they werent serving breakfast and refused to make it even though I ordered it a couple freakin hours ago. Most of the time I was stuck with cars on both sides of me.

Which airport is this? I was held to a 3 hour line just to check in my fvcking luggage in LAX for an international flight. It was ridiculous.

20 hours or so for Tragically Hip tickets in Calgary. Was at the ticket booth within 5 minutes of them opening, and all the tickets were already sold out. Announced a second show and wound up with level 10 floor seats. Unforunately I got really stoned on mushrooms and went a little crazy and ended up missing the show.😱

2 1/2 hours at Busch Gardens in Williamsburg for cotton candy for my (then) 6 yr old son and 4 yr old daughter. it was a very pleasant experience that i will always remember.

you know what's crazy?! i haven't even seen the Hip yet. i hope they keep coming back - i have to see a couple bands before i die, and they're one of them. Black Crowes were here a while ago and i missed them 🙁... i hope Rush comes back too. :*(

I wonder if there's anyone here who's ever actually done the month or whatever early line to see one of the Star Wars prequel films. 😛

I saw them on the Day For Night tour. 'Twas a good show. I missed out on the Trouble at The Henhouse show though. Them and Our Lady Peace's Naveed tour were quite memorable. Unfortanetely OLP suck donkey's nuts now. Black Crowes would be a killer show though methinks.

they played recently in Detroit and my buddy said the entire set rocked. i can't believe i missed them, damn.

14 hours for Episode I...had a blast with a bunch of other SW nerds. I currently live in Orlando, so we've done all of the theme parks too many times to mention. Needless to say, my total "waiting-in-line" time has got be plain silly.

The INS is the Immigration and Naturalization Services.
