This son is truly a saint. First, the role of caretaker is thrust upon him and now his own ALS diagnosis.

He's so right about no one wanting their day ruined with illness or anything sad. I too know what its like being the only one truly caring or sacrificing in such a situation. Many selfishly want all life's rewards and zero risk.

I wish him only the best life has to offer.
