Whenever I go on NBA.com or any other website and stream videos on my old computer, it is always choppy but it is 100% stable on my gaming computer. They have the exact same internet connection. Why is this so?

Even the pentium 3 733 Mhz computers at my library stream perfect.

Celeron "Tualatin" 1.2Ghz (OC @ 1.38)
384MB PC133 Ram
40GB 5400rpm HD
8MB integrated VIA graphics
