Cruise....I've never been on one so I'm definately looking into that right now. I can't rent a car since I'm turning 21 on 4-29. The creativety thing ya... but can you really read a book on how to be creative? IMO it defeats the purpose.

I thought about a new toy, I'm working on a new rig at home 3800 AMD, dual 6800GTs, I have almost everything but memory really... I need to do something more than just play FFXI on my spare time.

I've traveled through most of south america due to work so I'm probably not going to opt for that. Brazil is nice though but I have no one to go with.

All inclusive vacation I've never been on one. Heck I've only been on one real vacation and that was two years ago at a Universal resort for a week.

Keep the ideas coming, anyone have an good experiences with a specific cruise line? I don't want one of those horror stories about how the boat lost power and their was flooding.

Even though I could imagine you would do something great with the money, and skydiving without a parachute is a quick way to end all my problems, thanks but no thanks.

Plenty to do in Vegas that does not involve gambling, too.

But I am a big cruise fan, myself.

Of course I have always kinda wanted to jump out of a plane without a parachute....maybe you could try that and let me know how it is :)

I never looked into E3 much I thought it was closed off to news people only. Tickets are avaliable to the public?

Actuall, I'd see if you can go to Scotland for that kind of money. It shouldn't be hard. Maybe $800 - $900 for the tickets and the rest for room and board. Plus, you have to figure that you'd spend SOME money just eating if you stayed home. Just my two cents, but that's probably what I'd do.

Europe... few places I would like to go but I'm planning them later in the year. Like I said I'm sick of South America. I'd like to spend more than a week in Asia due to the travel time.

$1300 is just enough to go to Europe and stay in decent hotels (youth hostels, etc) for 2+ weeks.

This time of season, Paris is nice. Italy is also a must-do.

I've gone to Europe and done all of italy for about $1700 so it's definitely doable....and that's with good restaurants tossed in.

Get a "Let's Go" guide for your chosen country as they always have great suggestions for cheap (but good) hotels and restaurants.

Take a video camera if you can as the memory will be much more vivid than pictures!!

Choosing E3 over Europe or a cruise makes for a dumb way to waste money. Sorry had to say it.

SNAP OUT OF IT MAN!

I've travelled the world and not one of those trips would I trade for E3

back-packing through a few european countries is nice. sweden & norway, for example.
