I am getting charged to receive funds all of a sudden....how do I change my premier membership in paypal to personal? I don't see an option! 😱

Did you go from basic to premier? I think once you go up you can't go back down? Or do they allow one time to go back?

you probably accepted a CC payment which automatically changes you. Or maybe you hit some limit.

You are allowed to have one Premier and one Personal Paypal account.

Hi FearoftheNight,

You can downgrade your account once by contacting customer service.

Note: An account doesn't upgrade unless it was requested by the user off of the web site.
