What the hell just came out of my sinuses?

I know I should see a doctor about it. I have an appointment next week with my PCP, who will most likely refer me to an ENT specialist.

This thing has been stuck in my sinuses for at least a couple weeks. I finally got it out in the shower this morning by blowing my nose really hard. The past few years I've had something similar, I get painful headaches and really tender sinuses and after a few weeks one of these things comes out. It sort of looks like a tonsilolith, but it was stuck in my sinus rather than the back of my throat. The one last year was about twice as long.

Anyone ever have something similar?

Had a gnarly one similar a few.years.ago from a sinus infection that looked like and was similar in size to a raw large shrimp
 
Is it soft and mushy or does it have some texture?
Describe the physical characteristics, but we're not going to be able to dx you here.

I've seen a person who had "something fall out of their ear" about 1-2mm long, later identify the unknown object and apparently it was a bone fragment.

it's sort of soft. I would compare it to the texture of slightly undercooked rice. The outside is kinda sticky.
 
In grade 4, I sneezed really hard and something like that cam eout. Except it was mushy and pink, like a really soft bean.

I thought it was a brain cell at the time. Not sure how much stuipider I've gotten, but I'm alive! Ya...
 
Tonsil stones smell like death and feet. How does this thing smell?

Have people been complaining about your breath for awhile?
 
I had the same thing about a year ago, mine was a bit more yellow and had what looked like flesh and blood in it...

went away on its own, yours probably will too.

oh and mine was WAY bigger

It's obviously the excrement from some sort of entity living in your head. You might not make it until next week.
