What the Hell is wrong with NY and NJ people's attitudes?

I know people from all over the country & some of the nicest people I know are from NY/NJ ... what I do notice is that folks from the NY metro area tend to move & talk faster then people from just about everywhere else & I think this is often mistaken for a bad attitude... not to say there arn't jerks here too, but then you'll find them anywhere.

that's new york, people from jersey aren't like that.
