Honestly though, I'm a smoker. Obviously it's to be expected that we'll have more respiratory problems than non-smokers, but I can sure as hell tell the difference between my usual smoker's cough and being sick. It's entirely possible that the guy feels sick because he actually is sick. The dumbest thing about this story is that he's at work, potentially infecting you and your other coworkers.

Sounds more like small cell lung cancer, which has killed three of my relatives already.

No big deal though...if it is the problem, the medical costs with likely be spread around to the rest of us so it's not such a burden on them.
 
Probably sars. Have home switch to stronger cigs. Should kill the sars.

Sometimes I wonder if I should start smoking. I'm indoors all day, and never go outside for fresh air.
