I noticed it was off by an hour the other day, and today its behind by an hour...

Check this out, i have proof...

Although computer time may be displayed to you as minutes an hours, to the best of my knowledge it is a single integer which is can be interpreted as minutes and hours.

At least, that's the way it works with the languages I use. Maybe in the win32 environment it is in fact stored separately as minutes, hours, etc.

Is the date being displayed properly? It could be due to the automatic adjustment in Windows for daylight savings time.
