Spammers send out these to fool spam blocker software.

Or it could be a poem.

What is the point when that is the only content in the email?

See 'instalment' in there a few times? The spammers are trying to "seed" spam blockers to change the status of some red flagged terms/words.

I bet it is an insurance and mortgage spammer.

Like many said the purpose is seeding your antispam software to allow some of these words to be whitelisted and pass future spam.
