Just had the best tasting ice cream ever - hear me out....

Durian Flavoured Ice Cream

My god is it ever good, so rich and creamy, not very sweet at all...and that Durian afterburp flavour just keeps giving...just wow....Dragonfruit ice cream was also pretty good , these ice creams were made with coconut milk/cream

I made lime ice cream yesterday. It turned out okay but the lime oil is a bit stronger flavored than most of the other flavors we’ve used so the ice cream is too strongly flavored.

How does a lemon bar fit properly in a cylindrical container? Also, lemon bar is not ice cream, it's baked goods

That's how they get you. It's easy to fit a bar into a cylinder. You just have air space around the whole thing. Air is cheaper to manufacture than ice cream or lemon bars.
Lemon bar is not ice cream, so I don't understand how lemon bar flavoured ice cream can be called classic. Lemon would be classic.

Everywhere got vanilla and chocolate. But I was enjoying spumoni, bubblegum, and “blue moon” (sort of a blue raspberry flavor I guess?) as a kid forty years ago.

So IMO the weird shit IS classic ice cream flavors.

Weirdly difficult to find flavors like cardamom, rose, pistachio etc. anymore.

Ice cream nowadays is like all the crap off the countey of your local gas station frozen into a possible dairy product.
