Wow. I guess I haven't really seen her in anything in years. Actually next to the before pic here and here, most of her face looks the same plus age...but she definitely unsquinted her eyes and her eyebrows are thinner. Amazing how a simple change can totally alter one's appearance.

In general, I have not seen many 'successful' plastic surgery efforts.

I am not sure why people keep going to plastic surgeons,.. but, whatever. It's their body & their money.

Now, when someone is disfigured or born with a disfigurement, by all means, do what you can and what is needed. But, a large nose, aged skin, small breasts - these are not disfigurements - these are your body being natural; live with it, is my thinking.

Doesn't look like cosmetic surgery - Perhaps just a combination of age & too much weight loss? A thinner, less full face may be why her eyes look bigger. I wonder if she is battling an illness.

Wow. Haven't seen her in a long time.

She doesn't look bad and doesn't look like she had a botched plastic surgery or two, which is great. She just looks like a 50-ish year old woman (just checked, the lady be 45), which is fine. But damn, she does look very different. Kinda looks good actually.

Edit: lol. This is front page news on every major news site right now. Hope she stays the hell away from plastic surgery (or more) cause she looks fine.

I bet she wasn't getting calls and decided to do something drastic to see if it got her more work. I remember she was in "Bee Movie" in 2008 as a voice actor... Maybe she needs to stick to those jobs if they come in.

It's tough working in that industry since they're always looking for the new young talent. Sad for Renee... I always thought she was funny and a talented actress.

I'll see your 100 and raise you 900 more. Give me 1000 guesses and the hint that it's an actress and I'd still not come up with Zellweger. It doesn't even look like plastic surgery gone wrong where you can still see the original face underneath all the work. She looks like a completely different person now.
