It's funny that everyone complained about the last change, but after getting used to it they realized it's better...

Same will probably happen with the newest interface.
 
Facebook will never have a good interface, and FUCK THAT SITE! I have an account but don't even use it, a friend did some shit in a picture where I was tagged, so basically I got 50 emails notifying me of EVERY person who commented. I hadn't even see the gotdamn picture in question. She did something else where my name was included and I got like 100 emails and none had anything to do with me.

If I wanted to be friends with them I'd add them to my list. But I guess Facebook thinks it's important that I know what total strangers have to say about shit that doesn't even relate to me.

You can turn off notifications. It's really, really easy. I agree that every change since they let people without college email addresses join has made it progressively worse.

that should be a notification I should have to TURN ON not off, it should be off by default. Myspace doesn't send me bullshit like this by default, Facebook shouldn't either. and by the time I realize it was something that was even a feature, I already had 150 emails from only 2 fuckin days! I canceled my account, stupid bitches.

I disagree, it should be on by default (actually, I think they should make you figure that out when you sign up). And, its not like they don't inform you when they make changes and tell you to check your settings so you have no excuse there. Also, if it has nothing to do with you, then why the fuck are you tagged? In that case you should be directing your ire at your friend, not Facebook.

I can't even begin to figure out how someone can be so angry over Myspace/Facebook, let alone when your problem is something that is your own damn fault.

I coded an employee directory for a company I worked for 4 years ago. It looked like the old FB. I wonder if I can dig up my work =)
 
Everyone bitched and moaned about the last change. Once they took their midol and realized that it wasn't the end of the world, everyone shut up. This time will be no different.
