I've got three invoices sitting on my desk here.

Invoice #1. Amount of machine - $479.74.
Amount that they actually charged me: $480.00.

Invoice #2. Amount of machine - $464.84.
Amount that they actually charged me: $465.

Invoice #3. Amount of machine - $1033.81.
Amount that they actually charged me: $1034.

Is it SOP to round invoice amounts? Take this time a couple thousand machines a day and you are talking some money here!

Someone is going to get sent to federal pound-me-in-the-ass prison...

Call them and tell them you want your dollar and that you are starting a class action against them for fraudulent business practices.

i dont know but they always charged me with pennies maybe its special for your company account? you probable financing purchases and has to be rounded amount

ahhhhh....

Upon further evaluation, I am being charged $.01 for every piece of hardware and software that goes into the machine. So, on the $479.74, there is 26 $.01 charges on there.

It's like they are charging me $479.74 for the tower, CPU, and Motherboard, but then $.01 for all the other pieces of the PC.

Weird.

That is weird........all the machines I've bought from Dell were charged to the penny each cost....no more, no less.

Return the tower/CPU/mobo, and keep the rest. Hot deal! 🙂

ROFL!!! That is some messed-up stuff, Vi. Seriously. $.24 here and there...times 7K systems a week and you've got a nice chunk of change.

Class action suits rule! The lawyers will talk away with millions while vi_edit gets a check for $.61. But got for it, the bastages stole your $.61!
