What the heck was THAT?? **PIC** OOPS!

OK. Weird. I was just randomly clicking all over my desktop (not out of the normal) with IE open. Anyways, somewhere in the lower right hand corner a little pop-up menu......pops up. It's got like, four options, and says "Anand technologies" or something like that along the right side, reading up. I guess I can never truely escape Anandtech. What is this?

EDIT: I was NOT on AnandTech. Which scares me.

I should really learn to not be so paranoid in the morning.
