Well I've broken yet another keyboard...this one is an MS Natural Multimedia.

I really like it except for the stupid F-lock key, you have to switch it on and off to make certain keys work and it annoys me.

Does this keyboard exist but with out the F-lock, i can't seem to find it.

Or perhaps another keyboard that is natural and has volume controls?

I was about to suggest the Logitech Elite Keyboard until I saw that you have one of those funky ones that split it in half and whatnot, so sorry. Got nothin.

Do you really see/feel a noticeable difference using those?

I second Ribbon13's comments. I have 2 black Model Ms (they're purty...:)) that I use daily, and 5-6 good ol' beige ones held back in reserve. You absolutely can't beat the tactile feedback on these, and they're practically indestructible.

I agree those old "style" keyboards have the best feedback for typing. However, I still prefer my MS natural "split" - It just eliminated those red painful palms I used to always get. Also I think the split shape really adds to the typing experience and makes it fun (yes fun) to write stuff - after 5 minutes of getting used to it. man, I wish theyd catch on and make a natural style ergonomic split keyboard with the "underbelly" or "guts" of those IBM classic boards.

I agree Alex. I do like the split of the MS keyboards. It'd just be too dang expensive of a keyboard to make for it to be profitable for someone... Ah... One can dream, though.

how exactly are you breaking keyboards? i've never broken one and cannot imagine it would happen unless you like pounding on the keys.
