Dear xxxxxx

Thank you for using Proc Cyber Services ECash for the conducting of your online commercial transactions. Proc Cyber Services ECash is safe, secure and readily exchangeable for goods and services at a number of internet merchants. We hope you have found our facilities easy and convenient to use.

As one of the leading ECash merchants, we pride ourselves in the security we provide in the processing of our clients' transactions. In a routine security check we noticed that you have incomplete information registered at one of our online vendors.

As a precautionary measure we have temporary suspended access to your online transaction account xxxxxxxx. If you wish to re-activate your transaction account, we require the following information :

Full Name
Residential Address
Telephone Number
Copy of a recent utility/telephone bill (as proof of residency)

Once these have been received, we will re-instate access to your transaction account.

If you have any questions or need clarification, please do not hesitate to contact our efficient Help-Desk, who will be able to answer any queries you may have.

We look forward to your co-operation with regard to the above requirements which are there to protect both your credit cards and your funds.

Thank you.

for a serious answer, if you were looking for one-- it's probably someone trying to get your info to put on a spam list. ignore it.

The first basic rule of on-line security.

NEVER EVER send out personal information in response to an e-mail.

Unless you specifically signed up for their services, do not send them any info at all.
It's a scam, just delete it and move on with your life.
