What the Fvck are these guys thinking -- testing bullet proof plates by holding it

Actually, I saw that some months ago. I'm deployed overseas and one of the first things that happens when you get here is a safety breefing. To start the presentation they showed that video. Supposedly it's some Special Forces guys doing it. The video was labeled about being from the Army safety center or something to that effect.........

If you watch it closely, you can see the bullet in a few frames traveling to the soldier then hiting him in the leg. The first shot hit the dirt and you could see the bullet hit the ground then see the sand flying at the impact site.
