I disagree.
The urban dictionary definition (dont want to say it, lest I get banned) doesn't involve any real skill on her part. Hence it would be heard for hers to be better. However, fellatio does require enormous amounts of skill (given the number of girls that I've gotten it AWFULLY from) and the correlation of milkshake = sucking and slurping, then yes, fellatio does make much more sense.

I have the uncensored album, and I haven't heard that version of the lyrics. The rest of the album is actually VERY good, she has a few rock songs, and many songs that are MUCH better than "Milkshake". Definitly a must have album, but I usually skip past that song when I play it - it just seems so out of place compaired to the rest of the album.
