anyone notice how gmail is all fucked up? The started using translucent backgrounds everywhere (this happened overnight) ... looks like utter trash w/ the 'Shiny' theme (most noticable with the gchat widget and ALL the titles)

Does google even test their shit with their own themes anymore?

So f'ing irritating! they also added this "Mail" thing on the left that is out of place ... it was fine where it was before with everything else.

not seeing problem?

It just looks like crap compared to before... like complete utter crap.

The chat list is all messed up now and hard to read (my ss doesn't show a good job of this, but I can't really show it without showing all my contacts). In addition to that, the titles of the widgets do not flow well at all with the widget themselves

The compose button is 100x worse then what they had in the past... it used to be a link type thing like the inbox and would highlight when you clicked on it.

The Mail sub group is useless.. it has 2 freaking things in it and they were fine with the rest of the stuff (inbox, buzz, chat, etc....)

The worst part is, you can't change any of it... I'll try to dig up an old ss of what it looked like in the past

I don't see anything bad in the screenshot, but if it's changed for the worse from what you normally see I can see the frustration

i posted a before in the OP

i dunno, it looks 100x worse to me... pretty much makes this theme un-useable (because of the chat list readabilty). It almost looks like to me, as if the page didn't finish loading or the css got garbled up... Hell I went to IE just to make sure it wasn't firefox!

I'm more upset because it's apparent they did not test these changes with all their themes.
