Just remember that inside every morbidly obese person there's a skinny person who accidentally got in the way at lunchtime.
😀 damn... that made me laugh 'til I cried... 😀

You want really bad fat person denial? There is this morbidly obese lady (450+ lbs) who works in my building, and everytime she waddles (literally) past the smokers outside the building, she covers her face with her scarf and pretend-coughs. It's nuts.

You should make retching sounds around her whenever she eats

Me: Do you have any medical problems?
Patient: No.
Me: Do you take any medications?
Patient: Nitro, Lasix, Potassium, Inderal, Insulin, Digitalis,...
Me: I thought you said you didn't have any medical problems?
Patient: I don't when I'm taking the medicine.

Me: 😕

Happened to my stepfather who had just had a routine checkup on the tumor which was being treated with chemo:

Medical guy to my stepdad while he was coming out of narcosis (not the doctor, just some guy who did the anestethics and wasn't allowed to say a thing or make decisions):
"Wake up, wake up! The chemo doesn't seem to work, the tumor has grown, we're not able to do anything else for you and you probably won't make it till Christmas anymore!"

So... What should the patient have heard to your opinion? They called my mum because my stepdad was 'A bit upset...' Gee, I wonder why!

P.S. The doctors have not given up on him, they're going to try radiation therapy.

Selective amnesia.

This will give her even MORE reason not to exercise.

She will be one of those chunky folks you see riding around on a electric scooter, paid for in a lot of case's by our tax dollars....

Oh good god....don't get me started on people who need a "Rascal" because they weigh 500 pounds.

There's someone who shops at the Walmart I work at, and she complained once to an employee that our scooter things aren't big enough. She could probably use two of the things side-by-side. Seriously. She could fill up a school bus seat by herself. Once you hit 300 pounds, shouldn't a little light go off that says "I can't walk right, and I'm 300 pounds. Maybe, just maybe I'm a wee bit overweight."

And maybe this was a wake-up call that she should pay attention to instead of carting off enough wings to fill two of those styrofoam container thingys (which is why she was in the elevator; coming back from the cafeteria).
Perhaps one of those containers was for a co-worker? I often do the food run for my peers and come back with a tray piled high.
Definitely not. I've seen this woman having lunch in the cafeteria before, she eats like they're going to outlaw food tomorrow.
I dunno who has the bigger problem, people who overeat or nosy people who can't keep their eyes on their own plates, what do you think?😛

Too many busybodies in this world that really need to mind their own business.

It is our business when we, the taxpayer, may have to foot the bill (no pun intended).

Guess telling her she is a lard@ss and needs to put down the chicken wings get off the couch and into the gym is not PC?
Where have you been? 😛
Criticism in any form is not PC. In fact, she could probably sue for emotional distress, harassment, mental angish, and lost wages resulting from all of those. Oh, and discimination by him for her being a fatass. (Can't find the thread with the fatass in Flordia suing because welfare was too slow to enlarge her house for her.)

Basically, the doctor said, "Walking with as much extra weight as you're carrying is putting a ton of stress on your feet and ankles. This is what caused the TTS." and all she heard was "You walk too much."
It's a well-known disease called Supratentorial Pansynaptopenia.
