I control the temperature in my apt by openning the windows. Right now my themostat is set at one window open at six inches.

We have no thermostat. The old lady below us controls the radiators. The colder it is outside, the hotter it is inside. When it gets down to about 0F, it's like 85F in our apartment.

Other than that, I don't turn on the AC until it's like 90F. I have a fan for that.

Don't use the furnace. We use the woodstove during the day.

So it can get pretty cold in the house at night if it's real cold outside.

I live in my car and don't run it unless I have to so I'm stuck with whatever the outside temp is. I am protected from windchill.

The cool part about living in my car though is that I can drive around and park in different locations to find wireless connections like I am now on my laptop. ;)

72-78 at night
70 in morning/afternoon.

I would prefer 60 day, 68 night, but one roommate from Virgina complains that its "way too cold." I guess that happens when you grow up with parents that don't believe in using the heater past 62F.

68 is way too cold. I'm comfortable around 80 or so.

Current reading from MBM5:

Case Temp: 66F <- low as this sensor goes
Northbridge: 59F
CPU core: 100F

Just fans and heatsinks, no watercooling/peltier/etc.

The house is at 70F, but I like my room ICE cold, so I open a window and let the cold night air in. My room has two computers so it heats up really fast and it's a corner room so the sun shines on the walls 95% of the day. :(

I don't use the heater or A/C at all

That's what I like about Southern California :)

In celcius i keep mine at around 23 degrees. I guess it depends on how big your house is and how well insulated it is and how many heating vents are around the house.
