What temp do you cook your prime rib?

I use 350 as per most of the recipes I've seen.

I'm wondering if its the lower, the better? I don't really have time to slow roast it at 250 but I've heard its the most tender at lower temps.

It just might, but find a recipe that calls for temperatures around that low and see if it does...I don't recall and don't feel like getting to a cook book 🙂.
